Here’s why it’s a mixed review

The king room was spacious and well-decorated. The presence of a microwave and fridge was truly useful! It felt safe with many rooms secured behind a gate.

Unfortunately, lingering cigarette smells permeated the hallways. There were issues with maintenance entering unexpectedly, disrupting our privacy during what should have been restful moments.

A Solid Choice for Families in Memphis

We enjoyed our 2-night stay in a spacious, remodeled room with a fridge and microwave. The staff consistently checked in to ensure we had fresh towels, which made our stay easier. Just a heads-up, though, coffee and breakfast options were lacking. Overall, a great family getaway.

I was relieved when the staff offered a late-night check-in, but the chaos outside made me question my safety.

Unfortunately, the evening turned dark when strangers banged on my door, demanding to use the restroom. My kids and I were terrified and left immediately.
